The main challenge we face in our society is our feelings are not valued, where passion,and emotional reactions are frowned upon. We have been taught not to express our emotions and we get disconnected from our bodies and feelings. Our creativity is squashed. Passion is the fuel of creative energy. Everything you create, a painting, a drawing, a song and even a website, originates from the energy of this chakra.

10 APR 2020 · The Root Chakra - Muladhara is the chakra of stability and our basic needs. This chakra is associated with earth energy, our physical body and our feeling of grounding and safety. It provides the foundation and our survival, such as food, shelter and a sense of comfort and belonging.
