20 SEP 2026 · With lots of different feelings and emotions, in the twenty first episode we talk about new perspectives that may appear unpleasant, relationship with family and detachment, about fantasy books series and coming of age, before ending with the weekly soups.
Franci's recipe for vegan kapustnica (let your soul guide you for precise measurements and timings)
Ingredients:
Olive oil or vegan butter
Onion (1)
Smoked tofu/tempeh or both
Paprika, salt, pepper, cumin
Sauerkraut (500-600 gr)
Potatoes (to taste)
Mushroom broth (to taste, depending on if you want it more or less liquidy)
Tomato paste
Green onionÂ
Vegan sour cream
Put the oil in the pan and, once warm, brown the tofu/tempeh until goldenish. Add onion and potatoes, let them cook for a little bit. Add the spices and let them warm up. Add the cabbage, stir. Add the broth and let cook for around one hour (take a look every once in a while). Before turning off the heat, melt in a bit of tomato paste. Serve warm with a topping of sour cream and green onions.
