A man who is trying to break the mental health stigma surrounding mens mental health, by talking openly about his own mental health journey with ADHD, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.

He talks with friends who face similar challenges and gives you raw, unedited experiences with mental health challenges he has faced and still faces on a daily basis, all while he battles trying to be a successful and supportive father, husband, son and brother.

We are not a professional Dr’s and the advise won’t work for everyone, this is purely experiences with mental health, how they managed mental health and tips on how we have tried to take control of mental health.

This focuses is on changing the way men approach mental health and let them know … ITS OK TO TALK!
