We appreciate ALL of the support over the last 3 years. But its time for us to take a break of an undetermined amount of time. This is the LAST EPISODE of 2023 and possibly forever.

In this episode the guys sit down and talk about why this may be the last episode of the Rap Dad Podcast. How life changes have taken place and why its more important to do whats best in that aspect. They talk about the adventures that are coming with the changes. New enviroments mean new inspiration, which can lead to new memories and music.
They get into the tpoic of bis city craziness and how that in ways compares to our little city.
Melancholy talks about his interveiw with BigWigLTD on "Cashin Up". How that was in comparison to doing his own podcast and what they covered. He also talks about the Live in studio "Sound Check" of thier song, "Moby Dick".
Then they close the episode out "baggin" on Ghost Adventures and how lame of a show it is and how the guys watch every episode (we might be just as lame).

He tells the guys what hes been up to the last year and a half between his music, hist studio and his production comapny hes been busy. Hes recently been to Hawaii, L.A. (several times) and just got off of a a tour as videographer. He and Nesta OG started something in March of this year called the Biggest Little Sessions. Hes done a crazy amount of videos, produced, recorded and engineered a number of songs and projects. Hes producing and hel develooing an artist right now that goes by TOMMY V. He also tells has about 15 song of his own he is sitting on so solo music is not off the table by any means... as a matter of fact we end the show with a brand new unreleased song titled, "Save Me".

He tells the guys about how his love for music started, how he met the members that would end up being the Element Crew and the evolution of them. They find out about the process for the full length album titled, The Upside. The ups and down of having a member of the group living in another state. How the album was curated a few different times from artwork to track list before choosing the one they did. Sins gets a call and tells the guys about some of the production he did and how that is going to be a bigger focus for the group than in the past and basically be a full, "in house machine".
Kasper and O.D. talk about the filming and ideas behind their lead single "Kick Me While Im Down" and Let It Breath which was produced by Sins.

24 AUG 2023 · In this episode the guys sit down with emcee, musician poet and traveler, Pope The Hermit. They find out he was raised in Lake City, FL where he found a love for music at an early age with the influence from his older sisters band. At 18 he took the opportunity to move out to Oakland, CA for Culinary Arts. His sister was already located there and it was a stepping point forward in his music career.
After a couple of years in the Bay Area, Pope relocated to North Lake Tahoe where he has been steadily working on and releasing full length genre bending projects, most of which are completely produced by him. Hes been consistent with releasing a video every 2 months throughout this year. And is working on an album titled "For You".
