9 JUN 2025 · In this episode, I’m exploring what it means to get honest with yourself—the version of you that learned how to survive, how to please, how to stay small just to feel safe or accepted. I had to break up with who I thought I was, and maybe you’re at that point too.
This conversation isn’t about chasing perfection or pretending to have it all together.
