I discuss spiritual revelations and life stories that provide lessons of healing, joy, and improvement of our overall well being. Having grown up experiencing love blocks, social anxiety, and other negative mindsets, I was able to transform my life through my experiences living abroad in different cultures for 10 years, studying self.improvement books, talking to life coaches, and taking plant medicine. I now work as a videographer and part time teacher and aim to use film as a tool to promote love in our society.

The real way to ” deal with” social anxiety
11 OCT 2021 · There's a lot out there on the Internet and many different methods to deal with social anxiety. I personally have tried many methods and habe found the right one which involves healing your inner child. In this episode I discuss why it's important To get to the root of the issue, and how social anxiety can actually be beneficial and teach us when there's something that's not quite right in our mindset.
Take Back Your Child-Like Wonder
26 SEP 2021 · There's a reason why children tend to be very happy, and that's how we naturally are meant to be. But when society, teachers, Western scientific thinking, and the people around us cause us to shift our thoughts to attempting to understand the world, through our many definitions, rather than to appreciate or enjoy its wonder, we lose some magic in life. In this episode I discuss how we can take back that childhood wonder, and also that that is how we are naturally meant to live. As Socrates states, ”The only true wisdom is knowing that you know nothing.”
Relax and feel good by practicing forgiveness

Acknowledge this as an opportunity to grow and 2. choosing to forgive rather than stay angry at someone helped me be happier overall. I also discuss the joy of following higher self principles. How important it is to be happy while single
12 SEP 2021 · Being happy while being single is such an important thing that we must learn. It defeats needy and attached behavior, and inspires us to be strong enough to only accept the best for our relationship life. Unfortunately most people settle for less than what they can really achieve, hence the high divorce rate, and poor parenting that results. We've been indoctrinated as early as we could watch Disney movies with the bs story that we are incomplete without a lover. In reality, if you think of.a relationship as merely icing on the delicious cake, life will be that much more rewarding and you'll be as attractive as the creator intended.
Allow more love by valuing every interaction
11 SEP 2021 · Whenever we meet someone new, we put them through societal filters based on age, appearance, their hobby or their job, they're perceived income, etc. In this Podcast episode I discuss how the amount that we value interactions with new people changes from culture to culture. I give an example of a culture that is so unhappy because they place so little value on interaction with the people around them. If we learn to love those short moments with new people around us, our life will be filled with more abundance of love and it will allow more love to come in.
Forget about ”cool” and be happier
31 AUG 2021 · Labeling people, hobbies, jobs, or anything as ”Cool” and labeling other things as ”Uncool” creates a discrimination and a self sabotaging dynamic that affects us as children, and carries on to contribute to unhappiness as adults. I discuss how, as we detach from the word and learn to sincerely love others, starting with our families, we will be set free from what is essentially judging ourselves.
Be more happy by loving others and yourself
22 AUG 2021 · I always thought I was a loving person, but I was unaware for the longest time that I had a subconscious tendency of judging others, placing people into categories based on their jobs, they're insecurities, how funny they are, and so on. In this episode I talk about a life changing occurrence that happened to me, inspiring me to love others as brothers and sisters and focus on their qualities. This is made me a happier person overall.

17 AUG 2021 · Did you know that learning where bullying really comes from can help you negate all of the voices that told you that you weren't good enough or you couldn't do something in your life? Learning where bullying really comes from, as children or as adults, can help you heal your inner child and realize that others may have attacked you because your presence, potential or energy made them feel threatened, afraid, or insecure. This also comes from society's misconceptions about what jobs, hobbies, or qualities make someone cool or worthy of being loved. Once we know the truth, we gain back our confidence. The truth really does set us free!
