I spent 4 years desperately searching for my success but it wasn't until I looked inward at myself that I truly started to discover my definition. 9 SEP 2020 · Have you ever worked your ass off to reach a goal but as soon as you achieve it, you don't feel fulfilled? When you set a goal your body is releasing dopamine which gives you the motivation to go after it. But once you reach that goal, the release of dopamine decreases resulting in that downward spiral you feel. This episode is all about transforming your mindset to create a healthier perspective on your goals and success - so you never have to feel like your accomplishes aren't enough.
