Dr. Andrea Branley is a Clinical Psychologist who currently works in the area of Adult Mental Health. She completed a degree in Mathematics and Psychology from NUI Galway before going on to study her Masters in Psychology in University of Ulster. She volunteered with a community Psychology service until she commenced her Doctoral training in Clinical Psychology in NUI Galway.
Dr. Branley has previously worked in the areas of Child Psychology, Youth Mental Health, Neuropsychology, Disability Services, and Older Adult Psychology. For the past 6 years she has worked in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adults with psychological difficulties. She works with people who experience a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, complex trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, and problems relating to relational difficulties, childhood trauma and attachment insecurity. She leads a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy team and has training across a number of psychotherapeutic models including CBT, Self-Compassion therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her speciality in her practice is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Dr. Branley runs an Instagram page @dr.abranley, to provide expert, reliable, research-based information, resources, tips, and techniques to the public in order to help improve mental wellbeing.

Lynne has a background of 34 years of hairdressing and has passion to share her knowledge to the new era of hairdressers which is then why she decided to become an educator and has been doing this for 21 years. Lynne has had her salon Opulence in New Brighton for 11 years.
Lynne is a Prospect for The Lions Barber Collective. The Lions Barber Collective is an international collection of top barbers and hairdressers which have come together to help raise awareness for the prevention of suicide. We hold training courses for hair, barber and beauty professionals. Through our training we aim to ensure they have knowledge and skills of how to spot the signs of clients suffering with mental health and be the support for that person. We educate professionals on not how to be counsellors but with the aid of the four pillars of Barbertalk Recognise, Ask, Listen and Help, we can bridge the gap between the communities we serve and the resources available while providing a safe non-judgemental safe space to share and open up and offload. Our dream is to share our training internationally.

Julie studied Primary Teaching in Mary Immaculate College, Limerick and left with a burning desire to make a positive impact on the education sector. After college Julie moved from Kerry and began teaching in Kildare. Always looking for a challenge Julie co-founded Naas Macra na Feirme. Julie began developing her online service business in 2016 following her move to Kilkenny.
Julie has a huge passion for public speaking, Julie was invited to the Professional Speakers Association of Ireland. Julie also completed the Masters in Management in Education during this time, Julie was awarded a first class honours degree after two years of study. Following two successful launches Julie is beginning her journey of sharing her tips on running a successful online service based business.

Nicole’s entrepreneurial story began in Jan 2016 when her younger brother Alex went to a house party in Cork City and ingested a synthetic substance and subsequently died 4 days later. She gave up her career as a Marine & Plant Engineer to come home and build Alex’s Adventure, developing a brand-new programme that aims to not only help students learn more about substance misuse but also to upskill people in the community and empower them to be able to do what she can do.
Nicole is 27 years old and holds various academic qualifications in the engineering, training and addiction field and has won several awards including Humanitarian of the Year 2018 and Best Start Up 2019. Nicole also works with multinational corporate companies to help both companies and employees find their inner resilience and strengthen their teams and is working towards her accreditation as an Addiction Counsellor.
