Welcome to Theology Revisited, a podcast dedicated to reinforcing Christian faith and practice with our host, Pastor Jeremy Drake. Each season of T. R. is dedicated to examining one fundamental doctrine in order to strengthen the faith of individual believers, be a resource in making disciples, and offer guidance for teachers, preachers, and leaders of today’s church. Jesus famously stated that He is the way, the truth, and the life and that everyone on the side of truth listens to him. Theology Revisited aims to do just that, be on the side of truth and follow Jesus.

We are going to talk about disbelieving God’s warnings and disobeying God’s commands in the next two episodes, but both of those components for defining sin are secondary to this first point. Is God good and will I trust the goodness of God? When we don’t, when we distrust God’s goodness, sin has begun.
