I've gone from the conferences being LIVE not VIRTUAL; to them being a full month long to one day; to having several speakers and now this year I have one PHENOMENAL presenter: Kiwan Fitch.

As purpose would have it; in June of 2019 Kiwan joined the management team at Hannah House, a transitional housing facility for women and children, which is a part of Christ Central Ministries. She now serves as the Director of 2 Transitional Housing Programs.
Kiwan has founded and operates two nonprofit organizations: POWER N Connections and Gurls EmPOWERment Network. She also sits on the Advisory Board as Co-Chair for Real Sisters Rising, a for-profit organization that serves women entrepreneurs. Kiwan currently serves as the President of the South Carolina chapter of Real Sisters Rising, a women’s entrepreneurial association. She also sits on the board of directors of two other nonprofit organizations that serve women and families.
Kiwan is the mother of 3 sons, 2 bonus sons, 1 daughter in love, 2 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. Hailing from Jersey City, NJ Kiwan made Columbia, South Carolina their home in 2010. Kiwan is a South Carolina Notary. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from New Jersey City University. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Walden University. She is also pursuing a Community Chaplaincy Certification from Christ Central Ministries Institute.

In addition to her teaching career, she has taught, developed, and implemented programs and curricula that are focused on helping children realize the importance of living altruistic lives centered on love. The Good Eggs series is her contribution to supporting children as they learn about virtues, diversity, and service – essential concepts to integrate into their lives as they grow into Good Eggs!
Sandy is also the Founder and President of The Good Eggs Foundation, which is dedicated to helping children in need. The Foundation’s outreach can take many forms, including monetary assistance, educational resources, and basic needs. Part of the net proceeds from book purchases go directly to the Foundation. Improving quality of life at a local, state, national, and even a global level is key to helping others grow and succeed!
18 AUG 2022 · I didn't have a guest today so I thought I would come on and talk to you a lttle about my book Change Your Mind, Change Your Life: It's A Mindset Thing.
I also felt the need to speak on bullying, briefly. We have a young child on life support due to things that were happening to her in school. No parent should have to go through what my dear friend, James Dickerson, and her mom, Miss Mary, at this time. It just isn't right. We need to take a stand on bullying to keep our kids safe. We as the adults in their lives have to protect their physical and mental health.
