Trapp'd! is a podcast that will delve into the experiences of a woman living and working abroad in a foreign country during the pandemic. Originally from America, Abby moved to Asia in 2019, right before Covid-19 hit. She took a leap of faith and did not flee back home, but instead has been living in Shanghai ever since. Abby will also be talking about her personal experiences with dating, friendships, growing pains, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and really anything else she chooses to talk about. Stress is what happens when you perceive a threat in your environment and can knock your brain and body out of balance. In this episode I talk about how I have been living in survival mode most of my life and how it has affected me . It's been about one year living in this policy and it seems fishy right before 2023 that the rules are relaxing...hmmm. No more showing my green health code? Traveling domestically without quarantining? No more locking buildings? I'll give it six months, but I remain hopeful mixed with a bit of skepticism. Thanks for listening as always!
