19 APR 2022 · Forgiveness is the balm that heals wounds. The key is that forgiveness isn’t even about the other person. It’s about you. Until you can forgive someone else…I didn’t say forget. But forgive, even if they don’t ask, you limit yourself, your walk with God, your relationship with everyone else around you.

They are:
A time of calm
Mental reflection
Forward thinking and prep for the day
Spiritual, mental and emotional reflection, centering and balance
What do you take in?
Do you listen to something inspirational or depressing?
