Podcast the host Kristy Mickelsen is joined by two wonderful guests, flight attendant Michelle Nickleberry and Author Kat Satava.  Kristy and Kat Met Michelle on a flight to Texas from New York, after they completed a mini book tour. Kat has a fear of flying and the flight attendant Michelle helped Kat calm her fears. The three women Kristy, Kat and Michelle also found out they have a lot in common including special needs children making them realize that people are usually brought together in strange or frightening times for a reason.  This podcast episode was a fun way for the three women to catch up since that flight but also a great way for Author Kat Satava to be able to thank Michelle and the other women from that scary flight that helped Kat calm her fears during some heavy turbulence.

Kristy and Erica discuss the 2012 reality tv show The Glass House and Ericas time on the show and winning second place.  But the main conversation between the two ladies was about Discovering Erica had Autoimmune Encephalitis and how tricky it was to diagnose. Kristy and Erica discover that even though Kristy has Lupus the two women actually have very similar symptoms and struggles, from extreme migraines, forgetfulness, trouble with urination, and the struggles of knowing there is something wrong with you but nobody seems to be listening including sometimes even loved ones or in Erica's case boyfriends.  This episode was very informative for the host and very touching to the guest as in the end message Erica tears up.  You can follow Kristy and Erica on Most social media platforms to learn more about these ladies.
