On this episode they talk about a Deadline article concerning the poor ratings, Ncuti Gatwa’s future as The Doctor, the upcoming spin-off The War Between the Land and the Sea, potential new showrunners once RTD departs, Big Finish audio dramas rehabilitating some mismanaged characters, the next Christmas special “Joy to the World” and then FINALLY, they close out saying who or what they’d like to see as the next Regeneration.

Gar and Enda watch and discuss "Empire of Death", the finale of the first Disney Plus era Doctor Who series.
They do some tidying up of bits they forgot to say through out the series including some depictions of the Irish in Doctor Who, the Steven Moffat era spin-off "Class" and the introduction of the "Whoniverse" (eugh) as a whole.
Finally they talk about their feelings through out the season, highs and lows and give their overall rankings and hopes for the future.

There's the first episode "Space Babies" which is exactly as it sounds and then the second episode is "The Devil's Chord" where The Doctor and Ruby Sunday visit Abbey Road in 1963 to see The Beatles record whatever album they recorded then. Except no they don't (!) because space god villain Maestro (played by drag queen Jinkx Monsoon) has only gone and eaten all the music in the world!
Doctor Who is woke now and the globalists are taking over and frankly folkx.... I'm here for it. Honestly, slay. Oh no it got me too!! Help!

Starting life as a mini-series on Celtic Ligers (an irish politics and comedy podcast available on all good platforms and http://www.patreon.com/celticligers) now Enda and Gar are breaking out on a separate feed.
We liked talking about Doctor Who too much and to a degree that wasn’t really fitting the remit of our Daddy show so here it all is out from behind the paywall for The Doctor’s birthday, 23rd November.
We’re going to do monthly episodes until the series returns then do an episode…per episode while the show is on.
We’ll talk about all different aspects about the show and various little… do I need to justify this? I’m shooting the breeze with my friend and comrade Enda about Doctor Who! Please listen if you are so inclined. Alright. Enjoy.
