20 JUN 2020 · Michelle Dite has over 20 years of experience in event management, working with an extensive portfolio of sporting governing bodies, federations, charities and the British Royal Family. Highlights include the delivery of a number of major events including the Invictus Games, Paralympic World Cup, the London 2017 World Athletics Championships, the Boat Race, Rugby League World Cup and British Cycling events. Now as Operational Director of the iconic Tennis Championships “Wimbledon” we catch up with Michelle and find out about her career on the global sporting stage, even if it has mainly been behind the camera!
20 JUN 2020 · 4 Time Paralympian Hannah Stodel is a British Paralympic sailor who represented Great Britain in the Athens, Beijing, London and Rio Paralympic Games. She is known for smashing performance ceilings as well as challenging and perceptions of what disabled sailors can achieve. With sailing no longer part of the Paralympics, Hannah has reinvented herself and is now focusing on single-handed offshore yachting, and the Vendee Globe, a single handed round the world yacht race. She shares her journey from childhood to current, and the barriers she has had to overcome to succeed as well as the importance of well-being and a positive mindset.
