This week's guest, Chemda from Keith and The Girl, not only kept going, she discovered an entire mindfulness regimen to help others. Research and self-healing led her to develop her OMAT program (One Minute At a Time) to help break through negative habits and feelings. We tried it for a week and loved it.

The format is from AKT, but the spirit of the class is all about building community and supporting progressive causes- you donate money to a black-supporting organization as your 'class fee.' We get into how to be true to yourself and your beliefs in this wild world, and what it's ACTUALLY like growing up in France.
