Tracy is inspired by other farmers’ ingenuity and by chefs who can coax sublime flavors out of raw ingredients. Tracy believes that farming and cooking are sensory experiences. The feel of the soil on her hands. The scents that each plant releases. And then the flavors that could be created in the kitchen.
