Mindfulness is all about being as present as one can be to be all they can grow to become and more! My good friend Barb Berson is not just a skilled nurse of many years, she is also a practicing and teaching Yogi also for many years. She is kind enough to share short little simple beginner Mindfulness techniques to help you get to you Mindfulness. The essential of "who you are". She uses easy techniques to help not just with breathing, but back issues, feet, toes, and more! Welcome Barb and we keep each episode about as close to a minute (sans the soundtrack) as possible because we want you to feel comfortable in trying something new that you may want to return to again and again.
