Fi: Aino, Eero ja Saara astuivat junasta Rovaniemellä.
En: Aino, Eero, and Saara stepped off the train in Rovaniemi.

Fi: Ilta oli kaunis, ja lumi kimalteli kaupungin valojen alla.
En: The evening was beautiful, and the snow glittered under the city lights.

Fi: He olivat tulleet tänne tapaamaan joulupukkia Joulupukin Kylään.
En: They had come here to visit Santa Claus at Santa Claus Village.

Fi: Kolmikko suuntasi heti taksin Joulupukin Kylään.
En: The trio headed straight for a taxi to Santa Claus Village.
