This is essentially a love letter to how anatomy and kinesiology form the foundation of our movement practice and philosophy. Understanding the body in motion makes problem solving more fun and keeps our curiosity alive. Building an internal model of the relationships between joints, muscles, connective tissue and the nervous system creates a toolbox for change.
