Let's celebrate a simple meal that has brought me and many Iraqis to our knees. A summer season specialty that brings the family together and stretches smiles across the faces in half moon crescent sugary delights, followed by a crunchy bite, with juices running down the sides of your face , then a spit out of black glossy seeds.. and then..a bite of jibin abyath, white cheese wrapped in khubuz, bread...the mighty, jibin wa raggi. Cheese and Watermelon!
