Around 11:41 AM on March 10, 2023, officers with the Hoboken Police Department were dispatched to Blue Ribbon Wine & Liquor based on a report of a disorderly female who had stolen a bottle of Meiomi Cabernet wine and smashed the bottle into the window of a store front. The bottle of wine was valued at $29.95 and the damages to the window were estimated at $450 to $600. Upon arrival, the officers made contact with a store clerk.
