Pl: Jej ulubionym miejscem była Stara Kawiarnia na ulicy Grodzkiej, niedaleko Wawelu.
En: Her favorite place was the Old Cafe on Grodzka Street, near Wawel.

Pl: Spotykała tam swoich przyjaciół, obcokrajowców, którzy bardzo chcieli nauczyć się mówić po polsku.
En: She met her friends there, foreigners who were very eager to learn to speak Polish.

Pl: Pewnego dnia, umówili się na spotkanie po śniadaniu.

Pl: Słońce dopiero pływało po niebie, a powietrze było chłodne.
