Amy Bruske is a sought-after speaker for Fortune 500 companies, associations, and entrepreneurial organizations in a variety of industries, and a Principal and President of Kolbe Corp. Specializing in HR consulting and leadership development, she is one of the company's three Senior Master Consultants and is also in demand for executive coaching and team building for a wide range of businesses around the world. Currently, Amy is publishing a book on successful family owned businesses.

Amy was named the Small Business Owner of the year by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Phoenix Chapter in 2012. Amy is also Chairman of the Board for Kolbe’s non-profit arm, The Center for Conative Abilities which focuses on research for health and education initiatives. She is a committee chair for the Board of Directors for NAWBO, and a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, the International Women’s Forum (Arizona chapter), and the Strategic Coach Program.

Amy has mentored countless business leaders over the years. She is currently focused on formal mentorship programs for women business owners and is a community panel member for the Young Entrepreneurs’ Academy.

Before coming to Kolbe, Amy was a senior leader at Jenny Craig Inc., where she coached and trained franchise owners. She also was the East Coast Divisional Supervisor of Sales Training and an operations specialist. Her early career included assisting major advertising clients with conducting focus groups.

Although born in Argentina, Amy considers herself an Arizona native. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. She is married to Jim Bruske, a retired professional baseball player now working in real estate, and has two very active children to keep her busy away from the office. Amy is an avid reader and enjoys keeping fit and dedicating time to children’s causes.
