Welcome to the very first episode of the Seattle Sports Dad Cast!
Morgan Butcher and Luis Sanchez kick off the podcast by introducing themselves, sharing their love for Seattle sports, and explaining what you can expect each week: Seattle sports, dad takes, predictions, and everything in between.
In Episode 1, Morgan and Luis break down the Seahawks’ start to the season and preview their matchup with the 49ers, process another frustrating Mariners season, admit they need some help understanding the Kraken, and talk about what’s happening with the UW Huskies.
They also introduce some of the segments you’ll hear throughout the show, including Around the Sound, Call Your Shot, and the Dad Take of the Week — plus some bold predictions that they’ll definitely have to answer for later.
Are the Seahawks for real? Who wins the NFC West? What happens next with the Mariners? And how late is too late to let your kids stay up for a playoff game?
Welcome to the Seattle Sports Dad Cast. Let’s get into it.
