This conversation with Adam was absolutely fascinating! Adam goes through the attachment styles and how to improve things if you're strugging in your personal life, specifically those on the dating apps. Moms, Adam is not a big fan of daycare (I hated hearing this!), but if you do have to send your child Adam says not to worry. My favorite part of this conversation is Adam revealing the research he's done on why the family unit has changed so much over the last several decades. Believe it or not, it all comes back to attachment! His findings are eye-opening!
