But what actually led to the brakes failing and what was possibly going through his mind as everything unfolded? I've descended that same hill multiple times, and even did so as a rookie driver. Believe me, it's scary.
There is a petition that has gained over 4.5 million signatures to give Rogel clemency. The trucking industry is protesting this lengthy sentence with the hashtag #NoTrucksToColorado.
In this episode we take another angle--we talk about how the vast majority of sexual abuse cases are never investigated. Of the ones that are, very few offenders receive a lengthy sentence. Judges are often extremely lenient on sex offenders. We talk about the miscarriage of justice in this episode and what needs to change.
