On today’s episode, I interviewed Chris Prefontaine. Chris has been in real estate for 25+ years. Experience during that time includes the construction of over 100+ single family homes (1990’s), owner/broker of a Realty Executives Franchise (Massachusetts 1994-2000) which eventually sold to Coldwell Banker in 2000. The 2000’s included coaching people throughout US and Canada and doing condo conversions (multi family homes to condos) and “raise the roof” projects (converting single family ranches to colonials in growth neighborhoods).

Chris Prefontaine is the best-selling author of 2017’s "Real Estate On Your Terms" and 2019’s "The New Rules of Real Estate Investing." A real estate investor with over 29 years experience in the field, Chris is the founder of Smart Real Estate Coach and host of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast.
