Martin Baumeister, is a global leader who stands for growth and joy, his core values.

After struggling in 7th grade of the German Gymnasium (Grammar school, an academic secondary school that prepares pupils for a university education) he discovered his passion for growth. He switched schools and became a high-performance student as well as starting to develop his talent to support others to grow alongside him. Both his own and the growth of others have been an essential part of his life ever since.

Martin started his professional career as a car mechanic, has a mechanical engineering degree with a focus on Automotive technology from Fachhochschule Konstanz in Germany, as well as an Executive MBA from Michigan State University.

Martin coaches global teams towards value creation. He has over 27 years in the Automotive industry with Continental, leading teams globally and across a diverse product portfolio.

His passion is leading, mentoring, and coaching global teams to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. He prides himself on influencing organizations to be better today, than yesterday.

His mission is to add value to customers by providing cutting edge products and solutions that enable them to be or become the best in their field!
