Cs: V Praze, na nádherném Pražském Hradě, se odehrál neobvyklý příběh.
En: In Prague, at the magnificent Prague Castle, an unusual story took place.

Cs: Bylo léto, slunce svítilo a všude kolem byli turisté.
En: It was summer, the sun was shining, and tourists were everywhere.

Cs: Petra a Jan, mladý pár, se rozhodli navštívit Pražský Hrad.
En: Petra and Jan, a young couple, decided to visit Prague Castle.

Cs: Měli na sobě džíny a trička, neboť nečekali nic výjimečného.
En: They wore jeans and T-shirts, because they did not expect anything extraordinary.

Cs: Když přišli na nádvoří, všimli si skupiny lidí v historických kostýmech.
En: When they reached the courtyard, they noticed a group of people in historical costumes.

Cs: Byli fascínováni krásnými šaty a vznešenými obleky.

Cs: Petra a Jan se zmateně podívali na sebe.

Cs: zašeptala Petra.
En: whispered Petra.

Cs: Vedoucí prohlídky neměl žádné pochybnosti.

Cs: Bez váhání je pozval dovnitř hradu.
En: Without hesitation, he invited them inside the castle.

Cs: Skupina historických nadšenců zavedla Petru a Jana do velkého sálu.

Cs: Všude byly tapisérie a starobylý nábytek.
En: There were tapestries everywhere and antique furniture.

Cs: Petra a Jan cítili závan dávné historie.

Cs: Vedoucí je začal oslovovat jako krále Václava IV. a jeho ženu, královnu Sofii.
En: The guide started addressing them as King Wenceslas IV and his wife, Queen Sophia.

Cs: Petra znejistěla: "Co když nás odhalí?"
En: Petra felt uneasy: "What if they find us out?"

Cs: Jan ji uklidnil: "Neboj, něco vymyslíme."

Cs: Vedoucí prohlídky požádal pár, aby pronesli řeč k přítomným.

Cs: Jan se postavil a pokusil se vypadat důstojně.

Cs: "Děkuji vám, naši věrní poddaní.

Cs: Když dokončil proslov, všichni tleskali.

Cs: Petra se poté poklonila a oběma se ulevilo, že jsou přijati.

Cs: Během prohlídky se dozvěděli hodně o Pražském Hradě a historii České republiky.

Cs: Účastníci rekonstrukce je vedli k dalším komnatám a vždy se k nim chovali s úctou.

Cs: Byli rádi, že měli tak dobrodružný den a ještě se něco nového naučili.
En: They were glad to have had such an adventurous day and had learned something new.
