Included in this podcast: your Thyroid is the gas pedal of your body, it has been known for over 50 years that Soy can cause Thyroid enlargement, it's also know that Tofu (from Soy) can accelerate brain aging, mortality in women is more common in women with low cholesterol rather high cholesterol, the truth about Asian consumption (les than 10 grahams per day) is very misleading, do not give baby formula containing Soy to infants, a Soy-only formula for babies is equivalent to 5 birth control pills per day, several countries have already banned infant formula containing Soy.
