Through national campaigns, community leadership, and health advocacy, Vanessa and Morgan mobilize Black women to be changemakers in their communities and personal lives — simply by walking together. GirlTrek is a movement of over 1.3 millon Black women who walk and talk together for better health, to heal trauma, and to transform their lives and their communities. We talk about their mission, their movement, the act of radical self-care, and uncover ways that listeners can join in or become allies of GirlTrek.
