Everyone wants to know they matter, and there is so much need in the world and thus opportunity to make a difference. HELPS International has been in the business of serving Central America for more than 30 years and offers healthcare via medical missions, economic development via fortified agricultural methods, ONIL plancha stoves and water filters, and educational expertise to develop teachers and provide 21st century education to students.
