John C. (Jack) Portman, III is the Vice-Chairman of Portman Holdings, the land and property development company. Jack is responsible for the international development activities of the company.

By the 1970’s, Portman Associates had already established its reputation as a transformative architectural firm.  After graduating college, Jack embarked on a global journey where he developed an affinity for SE Asia and envisioned that Portman should pursue international real estate development and property management in the Pacific Rim.  Jack would later established Portman Overseas and today a significant amount of Portman’s business is in the Asian market.
