We all feel the weight of expectations. It doesn't matter if they're our own expectations or given to us by outside forces. We feel the heaviness and stress of our expectations daily. However, are ways to lighten the load. Once we are open to expecting the good and giving ourselves a bit of grace, we create an opportunity to let go of some of the weight we're holding, and we may feel more balanced in our juggling act.
