Ko: 서울의 한복판, 중구 일대의 빽빽한 고층건물들 중 잃어버렸던 머릿속의 이미지와 겹치는 한 굴뚝이 보인 지붕바로 아래, 그곳은 지혜의 철학 서점이었다. 지혜는 민준을 소개하며, "내 친구 민준, 영국에서 처음 한국을 찾게 됐어." 서로 악수를 나누며 민준이 웃음을 지었다.
En: In the midst of crowded high-rise buildings in downtown Seoul, under a rooftop that overlapped with the image lost in his mind, there stood a wisdom philosophy bookstore. Introducing Minjun, Ji-hye said, "This is my friend Minjun, who is visiting Korea for the first time from England." They shook hands and Minjun smiled.

Ko: "안녕하세요, 민준입니다." 민준의 한국어는 오랫동안 연습한 듯 풍부한 감정이 담겨있었다. 그의 설레임이 그대로 공기를 흔들었다.
En: "Hello, I'm Minjun." Minjun's Korean was filled with emotions as if he had practiced for a long time. His excitement filled the air.

Ko: "이것은 김치야." 지혜는 눈을 반짝이며 말했다. 그녀는 민준의 첫 매운 음식의 경험을 이끌어 내기 위해 조심스럽게 포크를 들었다.
En: "This is kimchi," Ji-hye said, sparkling in her eyes as she carefully lifted a fork to lead Minjun's first experience of spicy food.

Ko: 그러나 김치의 매운맛은 시간이 흘러감에 따라 점점 줄어들었고, 민준의 입안에는 감칠맛이 퍼져나갔다. 민준은 다시 또 한 입 베어물었고, 이번엔 그 맛을 진정으로 즐길 수 있었다.
En: However, as time passed, the spiciness of the kimchi gradually decreased, and a savory taste spread in Minjun's mouth. Minjun took another bite and this time, he could truly enjoy the taste.

Ko: 그래서 그들은 깊은 밤까지 이야기하고, 민준은 한국의 음식과 문화에 대해 더 많이 알아가는 시간을 가졌다. 그 밤, 민준의 눈에 서울은 더욱 밝게 빛났다. 그리고 그는 새로운 경험이 자신을 더욱 성장시키고 여행을 통해 배울 수 있는 것들에 대해 이해하게 됐다.
En: So, they talked until late into the night, and Minjun had the opportunity to learn more about Korean food and culture. That night, Seoul shone brightly in Minjun's eyes. And he realized that new experiences would help him grow and understand what he could learn through travel.
