Welcome to Lesson 14, Chapter 3. This week, we discuss Icelandic rock band KALEO's second studio album, A/B. "Kaleo" is the Hawaiian word for sound or voice, which could apply to lead singer and guitarist Jökull Júlíusson. The other members are drummer David Antonsson, bassist Daniel Kristjansson, lead guitarist Rubin Pollock, and harmonicist Þorleifur Gaukur Davíðsson. As of 2022, they've released three studio albums. One song from A/B, "Way Down We Go" was certified double platinum in the U.S., reaching number one on the Billboard Alternative chart on August 20, 2016, and can be heard in the trailer for Logan.
