Story Transcript:

Lt: Vieną saulėtą popietę, kai miesto dangų tik retkarčiais kirto balti debesys, Giedrius ir Jurga nusprendė pasimėgauti puikia vakariene Vilniaus mieste.
En: One sunny afternoon, when white clouds only occasionally crossed the city's sky, Giedrius and Jurga decided to enjoy a great dinner in the city of Vilnius.

Lt: Jie buvo girdėję apie vieną populiarią restoraną, kuris, pasak draugų, turėjo būti tiesiog tobula vieta romantiškam pasimatymui.
En: They had heard about a popular restaurant that, according to their friends, was supposed to be the perfect place for a romantic date.

Lt: "Eikime pro Pilies gatvę, manau, kad ten turėtų būti," sakė Giedrius, rodžius pirštu link siauro, grįsto kelio, kuris vingiavo tarp senų pastatų.
En: "Let's go down Pilies Street, I think it should be there," said Giedrius, pointing towards a narrow, cobbled road winding between old buildings.

Lt: Jurga linktelėjo ir jiedu įžengė į senamiesčio labirintus.
En: Jurga nodded, and the two of them entered the labyrinth of the old town.

Lt: Kalbinėdami praeivius ir sekėdami Jurgos turistienos žemėlapio nurodymus, jie vis labiau klydo tarp Vilniaus gatvių.
En: Chatting with passersby and following Jurga's tourist map directions, they gradually became more and more lost amidst the streets of Vilnius.

Lt: Tačiau būtent ši klaida tapo nuostabaus nuotykio pradžia.
En: However, this mistake turned out to be the beginning of a wonderful adventure.

Lt: Tuo metu, kai jie turėjo sėdėti restorane, pora netikėtai išgirdo melodiją, sklindančią iš šalutinės gatvelės.
En: Just when they were supposed to be sitting in the restaurant, the couple unexpectedly heard a melody coming from a side street.

Lt: "Pažiūrėkim, kas ten vyksta!
En: "Let's see what's happening there!"

Lt: " - pasiūlė Jurga, kurios akis nušvito smalsumu.
En: suggested Jurga, her eyes shining with curiosity.

Lt: Jie nuėjo link gausiai susirinkusios minių ir rado savęs viduryje teatrinių pasirodymų.
En: They walked towards the crowded street and found themselves in the middle of street performances.

Lt: Gatvės artistai šoko, žongliravo, o vienas vyras net dainavo aukštą lyrikos ariją, balansuodamas ant laiptų.
En: Street artists danced, juggled, and one man even sang a high lyrical aria, balancing on stairs.

Lt: Giedrius su Jurga pamiršo apie buvusį restorano ieškojimą - pasirodymas traukė juos kaip magiškas magnetas.
En: Giedrius and Jurga forgot about their previous search for the restaurant – the performance attracted them like a magical magnet.

Lt: Laikas sklido nepastebimai ir, vos akimirka atrodė, jie pastebėjo, kad aplinkui sutemo.
En: Time passed unnoticed, and before they knew it, dusk had fallen.

Lt: Širdys pilnos džiaugsmo ir skrandžiai, kurie prieš tai skundėsi iš bado, dabar lyg ir nustojo reikalaudami maisto – juos pakeitė juokas ir šilta draugystė.
En: Their hearts were full of joy and the stomachs that had previously complained of hunger now seemed to have stopped demanding food – they were replaced by laughter and warm camaraderie.

Lt: "Ar tau ne rodėsi, kad tas virtuvės šefas su skrybėlė iš tiesų buvo tas, kurio restoraną mes ieškojome?
En: "Didn't it seem to you that the chef with a cap was actually the one whose restaurant we were looking for?"

Lt: " - pasakė Giedrius nušvilpęs.
En: Giedrius said, laughing.

Lt: Jurga pravirko juokais.
En: Jurga burst into laughter.

Lt: "Tai paaiškintų, kodėl jis mūsų taip stebuklingai pritraukė!
En: "That would explain why he attracted us so miraculously!"

Lt: "Pasimokiusi iš šio linksmybių vakaro, pora suprato, kad tai ne paskirtis svarbiausia, o kelionė pati savaime.
En: Having learned from this delightful evening, the couple realized that the destination itself was not the most important thing, but the journey itself.

Lt: Su šypsena veide ir naujais įspūdžiais širdyje jie grįžo namo, jau planuodami kitą savo nuotykinę paiešką po Vilniaus gatves.
En: With smiles on their faces and new impressions in their hearts, they returned home, already planning their next adventurous exploration of the streets of Vilnius.

Lt: Visi išgyventi nuotykiai tapo jų bendro gyvenimo dalimi, pridedančia prieskonių prie kasdienybės.
En: All the experiences they had become a part of their shared life, adding spices to their everyday routine.
