Lt: Saulėtą šeštadienio rytą Mindaugas ir Eglė vaikščiojo Vilniaus miesto turguje.
En: On a sunny Saturday morning, Mindaugas and Eglė were strolling through the market in Vilnius.

Lt: Oras buvo šiltas, o žmonės šypsojosi ir kalbėjosi.
En: The weather was warm, and people were smiling and chatting.

Lt: Turgus buvo pilnas spalvų ir kvapų, pilnas šviežių vaisių, daržovių ir kitų gėrybių.
En: The market was full of colors and scents, with fresh fruits, vegetables, and other goods.

Lt: Mindaugas ir Eglė mėgo apsipirkinėti turguje, nes ten galėjo rasti geriausius vietinius produktus.
En: Mindaugas and Eglė enjoyed shopping at the market because they could find the best local products there.

Lt: "Žiūrėk, kaip gražiai atrodo tie pomidorai!
En: "Look, how beautiful those tomatoes look!"

Lt: " – pasakė Eglė, rodydama į raudonus, sultingus pomidorus.
En: Eglė said, pointing to the red, juicy tomatoes.

Lt: Kartu jie stabtelėjo prie senyvo prekeivio stendo.
En: Together, they stopped at an elderly vendor's stall.

Lt: Prekeivis šypsodamasis pasveikino juos.
En: The vendor greeted them with a smile.

Lt: "Labas rytas!
En: "Good morning!

Lt: Ar norėtumėte paragauti?
En: Would you like to try some?"

Lt: " – paklausė prekeivis.
En: the vendor asked.

Lt: "Taip, norėtume," – atsakė Mindaugas.
En: "Yes, we would," Mindaugas replied.

Lt: Jie paragavo pomidorų ir nusprendė įsigyti keletą kilogramų.
En: They tasted the tomatoes and decided to buy a few kilograms.

Lt: Vėliau jie sustojo prie duonos kepėjo stendo.
En: Later, they stopped at the bread baker’s stall.

Lt: Kepėjas kepė šviežią duoną ir kvapas užpildė visą turgų.
En: The baker was baking fresh bread, and the scent filled the entire market.

Lt: Mindaugas nusipirko didelį kepalą, o Eglė saldų bandelę.
En: Mindaugas bought a large loaf, and Eglė got a sweet bun.

Lt: Jie tęsė savo apsipirkimą.
En: They continued their shopping.

Lt: Netikėtai Eglė pastebėjo pažįstamą veidą – tai buvo jos sena draugė, su kuria ji nebuvo mačiusi daug metų.
En: Suddenly, Eglė noticed a familiar face—it was her old friend, whom she hadn’t seen in many years.

Lt: Jos apsikabino ir pradėjo kalbėtis apie senus laikus.
En: They hugged and started talking about old times.

Lt: Mindaugas tuo metu užsuko į kitą stendą, kad nusipirktų šviežios žuvies.
En: Meanwhile, Mindaugas visited another stall to buy some fresh fish.

Lt: Jau beveik viską supirkę, jie apsilankė prie mėsos prekeivio.
En: Having almost completed their shopping, they visited the meat vendor.

Lt: Prekeivis rekomendavo jiems šviežią kalakutieną.
En: The vendor recommended fresh turkey to them.

Lt: "Tai bus puiki vakarienė," – pasakė Mindaugas.
En: "This will make a great dinner," said Mindaugas.

Lt: "Dabar turime viską," – sakė Eglė.
En: "Now we have everything," said Eglė.

Lt: Jie paskutinį kartą perėjo per turgų, grožėdamiesi gėlėmis ir kitomis prekėmis.
En: They took one last walk through the market, admiring the flowers and other goods.

Lt: Vėliau jie sėdėjo ant suoliuko, dalindamiesi keptu duonos gabalėliu ir šnekučiuojantis apie savo planus.
En: Later, they sat on a bench, sharing a piece of bread and chatting about their plans.

Lt: Turguje buvo daugybė žmonių, bet jiems dviems tai buvo laikas ramiai pabendrauti, mėgautis viena kitos kompanija ir jaustis miesto dalimi.
En: The market was crowded, but for the two of them, it was a peaceful time to enjoy each other’s company and feel like a part of the city.

Lt: "Man patinka mūsų šeštadieniai turguje," – pasakė Eglė, šypsodamasi.
En: "I love our Saturdays at the market," Eglė said, smiling.

Lt: "Man irgi," – pridūrė Mindaugas.
En: "Me too," added Mindaugas.

Lt: Jie pakilo nuo suoliuko, nešdami savo pirkinius, ir grįžo namo, laimingi ir pasisotinę šviežiomis gėrybėmis iš Vilniaus turgus.
En: They got up from the bench, carrying their purchases, and returned home, happy and satisfied with the fresh goods from the Vilnius market.
