Hr: Jednog sunčanog jutra, Ivan se probudio puno uzbuđenja.
En: One sunny morning, Ivan woke up with a lot of excitement.

Hr: Danas je bio dan sajma na otvorenom i on je planirao kupiti najsočniji lubenica koju može pronaći.
En: Today was the day of the outdoor market and he planned to buy the juiciest watermelon he could find.

Hr: Trg se već napunio ljudima poput pčela oko saća, a svježi mirisi voća, povrća i pečenih delicija vladali su zrakom.
En: The square was already filled with people like bees around a hive, and the fresh scents of fruit, vegetables, and grilled delicacies filled the air.

Hr: Ivan je koračao između šarenih štandova sa svojim dvoje prijatelja, Petrom i Markom.
En: Ivan walked among the colorful stalls with his two friends, Petra and Marko.

Hr: Petra je bila znalica za voće i povrće, dok je Marko uvijek znao gdje su najbolje ponude.
En: Petra was knowledgeable about fruits and vegetables, while Marko always knew where the best deals were.

Hr: "Najslađe lubenice su uvijek na samom kraju trga," rekla je Petra s osmijehom.

Hr: Podigao je jednu, zakljucao o nju i odjednom se svi počeli smijati.
En: He picked one up, tapped on it, and suddenly everyone started laughing.

Hr: Lubenica mu je skliznula iz ruku i pala mu ravno na glavu, zakotrljala se i stala tako da je izgledalo kao da mu je na glavi šešir od lubenice!
En: The watermelon slipped from his hands and fell straight onto his head, rolling and landing in a way that made it look like he was wearing a watermelon hat!

Hr: Petra i Marko nisu mogli prestati smijati se gledajući Ivana kako zbunjeno gleda oko sebe, ne shvaćajući zašto se svi smiju.
En: Petra and Marko couldn't stop laughing as they watched Ivan look around confused, not understanding why everyone was laughing.

Hr: Čak i prodavačica je pustila glasan smijeh, dok su prolaznici uzimali svoje mobitele kako bi zabilježili ovaj trenutak.
En: Even the saleswoman burst into loud laughter, while passersby took out their phones to capture the moment.

Hr: "Ali, gdje je moja lubenica?
En: "But where's my watermelon?"

Hr: " upitao je Ivan češkajući glavu.
En: Ivan asked, scratching his head.

Hr: Marko je jedva izgovorio kroz smijeh: "Ivane, samo se ogledaj u odrazu!
En: Marko barely managed to say through his laughter, "Ivan, just look at the reflection!"

Hr: "Ivan je pogledao u ogledalo koje je bilo postavljeno pored štanda i odmah je shvatio što se dogodilo.
En: Ivan looked into the mirror that was set up beside the stand and immediately realized what had happened.

Hr: Ivan, Petra i Marko krenuli su kući s lubenicom koja je već postala čuvena među ljudima na tržnici, a priča o Ivanovoj lubenici-šeširu još dugo se prepričavala.
