ME/CFS Awareness and Solidarity
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a profoundly isolating and debilitating neurological condition that affects millions of patients, families, friends, people and society.
Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest.
Co-Founder and Project Coordinator here at C.A.N. PROJECTS Séin Mackay is also a patient of ME/CFS who has been living with the condition for close to 20 years. In this disscussion Séin discusses some of his experiences with fellow Co-Founder and Project Coordinator Chris Sneyd.
