Story Transcript:
Cy: Ar ddiwrnod braf a heulog, roedd Rhys, Siân a Gareth yn cyrraedd Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri.
En: On a lovely sunny day, Rhys, Siân, and Gareth arrived at Snowdonia National Park.
Cy: Roeddent yn barod am antur, yn awyddus i ddringo mynyddoedd a cherdded llwybrau troellog y parc hyfryd hwn.
En: They were ready for an adventure, eager to climb mountains and walk the scenic trails of this beautiful park.
Cy: Rhys oedd yr arweinydd, yn llawn hyder a chyffro i arwain ei ffrindiau ar lwybr mynyddig anodd.
En: Rhys was the leader, full of confidence and excitement to lead his friends on a challenging mountain path.
Cy: Ond, nid oedd Rhys mor gyfarwydd â'r ardal â'r hyn oedd e'n meddwl.
En: However, Rhys was not as familiar with the area as he thought.
Cy: Er ei fod yn edrych ar y map bob yn ail, roedd y cwmpawd yn anodd ei ddarllen, a daeth yr awyr yn gymylog, gan guddio copaon uchel y mynyddoedd.
En: Despite looking at the map every other moment, the terrain was difficult to read, and the sky became overcast, obscuring the high peaks of the mountains.
Cy: Fel y dechreuodd nhw ddringo, sylwodd Rhys fod grŵp o ddefaid yn eu dilyn yn astud.
En: As they began to climb, Rhys noticed a group of sheep following them closely.
Cy: Gyda galon gynnes, penderfynodd Rhys roi cynnig ar arwain y defaid yn ôl i'w porfa, gan feddwl fod hynny'n fwy brys nag ehangu ei wybodaeth o'r mynyddoedd.
En: With a warm heart, Rhys decided to try leading the sheep back to their pasture, thinking it was more urgent than expanding his knowledge of the mountains.
Cy: Ac yno, ar y llwybr troellog, cymysgodd Rhys a'r defaid.
En: And there, on the winding trail, Rhys mingled with the sheep.
Cy: Roedd Siân a Gareth wedi mynd ar goll mewn niwl a chysgodion y copaon.
En: Siân and Gareth had gotten lost in the mist and shadows of the peaks.
Cy: Nhaw a goleuo'r cwmpawd a sibrwd geiriau o annog i Roedd Rhys yn tywys:"Defaid bach, ewch yn ôl," meddai'n garedig.
En: Rhys lit up the compass and whispered words of encouragement to lead: "Little sheep, go back," he kindly said.
Cy: Ond roedd y defaid, rhywsut, yn caru'r sylw a phenderfynwyd eu bod am ddilyn Rhys ble bynnag roedd e'n mynd.
En: But the sheep, somehow, loved the attention and decided they wanted to follow Rhys wherever he went.
Cy: Ar ôl ceisio am gyfnod i'w harwain, roedd Rhys wedi derbyn nad oedd llwyddiant o'i flaen.
En: After trying for a while to lead them, Rhys realized that he had not succeeded.
Cy: Waeth pa mor galed roedd Rhys yn trio eu gyrru nhw ymaith, roedd y defaid fel cysgodion yn glynu at ei ochr.
En: No matter how hard Rhys tried to drive them away, the sheep stuck to his side like shadows.
Cy: Yn ddiymadferth, dychwelodd Rhys a'r defaid i fan cychwyn a chwilio am Siân a Gareth.
En: Helplessly, Rhys returned with the sheep to the starting point and searched for Siân and Gareth.
Cy: Yn y pen draw, daeth â'r defaid nôl i'w porfa, lle daeth wyneb yn wyneb â'r bugail, a diolchodd iddo am eu dychwelyd.
En: Ultimately, he brought the sheep back to their pasture, where he came face to face with the shepherd, who thanked him for their return.
Cy: "Waeth beth ddigwydd, da chi wedi arwain y defaid hyn yn well na neb arall," chwarddodd y bugail, gan ysgogi gwên flinedig ond balch ar wyneb Rhys.
En: "Regardless of what happened, you have led these sheep better than anyone else," the shepherd exclaimed, sparking a tired but proud smile on Rhys's face.
Cy: Rhys oedd wedi teimlo'n golledig ac ar goll, ond o'r diwedd, dyma Siân a Gareth yn mynd tuag ato, gyda gwenau'n eu hwynebau.
En: Rhys had felt lost and disoriented, but finally, here came Siân and Gareth to him, with smiles on their faces.
Cy: "Nid y mynydd a ddringon ni," meddai Gareth, gan slapio Rhys ar ei gefn, "ond y fenter a ddringodd chi'n ôl aton ni.
En: "It wasn't the mountain we climbed," Gareth said, patting Rhys on the back, "but it was the adventure that brought you back to us."
Cy: "Roedd antur Rhys gyda'r defaid wedi bod yn anisgwyl, ond wrth edrych nôl, fe oedd yn stori i'w chofio a chwerthin amdani.
En: Rhys's adventure with the sheep had been unexpected, but looking back, it was a story to remember and laugh about.
Cy: Roedd y tri ffrind, wedi blino ond yn hapus, yn cerdded yn ôl i'w car, yn siwr ein bod ni wedi dysgu gwers am antur a thawelwch Eryri.
En: The three friends, tired but happy, walked back to their car, sure that they had learned a lesson about adventure and the tranquility of Snowdonia.
