It: Il sole stava tramontando su Firenze, spargendo una moltitudine di colori dorati sulla città.
En: The sun was setting over Florence, spreading a multitude of golden colors across the city.

It: Il Duomo si stagliava maestoso contro il cielo arancione, guardiano fiero e indomito della città rinascimentale.
En: The Duomo stood majestic against the orange sky, a proud and indomitable guardian of the Renaissance city.

It: La Piazza del Duomo, cuore vivace di Firenze, era uno sciame di persone che si affannavano qua e là.
En: The Piazza del Duomo, the vibrant heart of Florence, was a swarm of people bustling about.

It: Tra queste persone, vi erano Marco, Sofia e Giovanni, tre amici che stavano cercando l'ingresso della cattedrale.
En: Amongst these people were Marco, Sofia, and Giovanni, three friends who were searching for the entrance of the cathedral.

It: Soffiava un vento mite, portando con sé odori di fritture, pasta e dolci.
