The 911 caller stated that a man she knew had become obsessed over her, calling all the time, attempting to contact her through various social media, and was now attempting to gain entry into her house. While Deputy Quevedo was en route, the man got back into his truck and left. Deputy Quevedo observed the truck a short time later and conducted a traffic stop.
