Story Transcript:

Hi: चाय की दुकान के बाहर हल्की बूंदा-बांदी हो रही थी।
En: Outside the tea shop, a light drizzle was falling.

Hi: राहुल, प्रिय और रमेश हमेशा की तरह वहां चाय पीने आए थे।
En: As usual, Rahul, Priya, and Ramesh had come there to drink tea.

Hi: नामदेव की चाय दुकान बड़ी ही मशहूर थी।
En: Namdev's tea shop was very famous.

Hi: राहुल अक्सर अपने दोस्त रमेश को चाय के पैसे देने से चकमा देने की कोशिश करता था।
En: Rahul often tried to evade paying for his friend Ramesh's tea.

Hi: जब भी चाय की बारी आती, राहुल किसी न किसी बहाने से इधर-उधर हो जाता।
En: Whenever it was time to pay for tea, Rahul would find some excuse to leave.

Hi: कभी कहता, "अरे, फोन आ रहा है," तो कभी कहता, "मुझे बाथरूम जाना है।"

Hi: राहुल के मन में फिर से वही खुराफाती सोच आ रही थी।
En: Rahul's mischievous thought was coming back to him.

Hi: लेकिन आज कुछ अलग होने वाला था।
En: But today, something different was going to happen.

Hi: राहुल ने प्रिय से कहा, "प्रिय, बाहर जरा देखो, बारिश तेज़ हो रही है क्या?"
En: Rahul said to Priya, "Priya, check outside, is the rain getting heavier?"

Hi: प्रिय ने चाय का कप रखते हुए बाहर की तरफ देखा। इतने में राहुल ने सोचा कि वह जल्दी से दुकान के पीछे जाकर छुप जाएगा।
En: As Priya put down her tea cup and looked outside, Rahul thought he could quickly slip out and hide behind the shop.

Hi: वह चुपचाप उठा और पीछे के दरवाजे की ओर बढ़ने लगा।
En: He quietly got up and headed towards the back door.

Hi: लेकिन जैसे ही राहुल ने दरवाजा खोला, वह एक बड़े पानी के गड्ढे में गिर गया।
En: But as soon as Rahul opened the door, he fell into a large puddle of water.

Hi: रमेश और प्रिय ने यह देख कर जोर से हंसना शुरू कर दिया।
En: Seeing this, Ramesh and Priya burst out laughing.

Hi: रमेश ने मुस्कुराते हुए कहा, "राहुल, आज तुम्हारी चालें नहीं चलेंगी।"
En: Ramesh, smiling, said, "Rahul, today your tricks won't work."

Hi: शर्मिंदा और गीला राहुल वापस दुकान के अंदर आया।
En: Embarrassed and wet, Rahul walked back into the shop.

En: Even Namdev couldn't help but laugh.

En: Ramesh put his hand on Rahul's shoulder and said, "Come on, no tricks in friendship anymore."

Hi: राहुल ने सिर हिला कर हामी भरी।
En: Rahul nodded in agreement.

Hi: तीनों ने हंसते हुए चाय का आनंद लिया।
En: The three cheerfully enjoyed their tea together.
