Cs: Vojtěch a Klára se scházeli u branky sirotčince na okraji Prahy.
En: Vojtěch and Klára met at the gate of the orphanage on the outskirts of Prague.

Cs: Vojtěch byl mladý grafik, který nedávno začal pomáhat v sirotčinci.
En: Vojtěch was a young graphic designer who had recently started helping at the orphanage.

Cs: Klára, zkušená sociální pracovník, zde pracovala už mnoho let.
En: Klára, an experienced social worker, had been working there for many years.

Cs: Spojovalo je jedno - příprava na letní festival pro děti.
En: They were united by one thing—a preparation for the summer festival for the children.

Cs: Budova sirotčince byla stará, ale útulná.
En: The orphanage building was old but cozy.

Cs: Kolem domu rostly stromy a keře.
