Mr Roland Butcher is widely known for being the first black man to play international cricket for England.

Roland is now embarking on a UK wide tour promoting Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity and is sharing his thoughts with Staffordshire University. Roland is an extremely insightful and enthusiastic presenter, and his thoughts and experiences hold lessons we can all learn from.
Roland sat down with Staffordshire University's Sam O'Brien to discuss Leadership, Principles and of course some Cricket.
