Ga: Bhí an ghrian ag taitneamh go hard sa spéir os cionn Aillte an Mhothair.
En: The sun was shining high in the sky above the Cliffs of Moher.

Ga: Bhí lá breá te an tSamhraidh ann, agus bhí Róisín agus Cian ag baint taitnimh as.
En: It was a fine hot summer day, and Róisín and Cian were enjoying it.
