Story Transcript:

Cy: Ar un prynhawn cynnes a heulog, mewn pentref â'r enw hiraf yn y byd - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch - penderfynodd Rhys a Megan fynd am bicnic.
En: On a warm and sunny afternoon, in a village with the longest name in the world - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch - Rhys and Megan decided to go for a picnic.

Cy: Roedd yr awyr yn las, a'r adar yn canu, a'r lle yn berffaith ar gyfer diwrnod hamddenol yng nghwmni natur.
En: The sky was blue, the birds were singing, and the place was perfect for a relaxing day with nature.

Cy: Rhys oedd â'r basged bicnic, llawn o fara, caws, a ffrwythau gwych.
En: Rhys had the picnic basket, full of bread, cheese, and great fruits.

Cy: Megan oedd â'r blanced, ei gwasgaru'n ofalus ar lawnt gwyrddlas ger y llyn.
En: Megan had the blanket, carefully spreading it on the green lawn near the lake.

Cy: Roedd popeth yn berffaith.
En: Everything was perfect.

Cy: Y glaswellt mor wyrdd, y llyn yn disgleirio fel drych, a'r ddau yn gwenu ac yn malu cachu wrth fwynhau'r bwyd blasus a'r cwmni da.
En: The grass was so green, the lake shining like a mirror, and both of them smiling and chatting while enjoying the tasty food and good company.

Cy: Nid oedden nhw'n gwybod beth oedd i ddod.
En: They didn't know what was to come.

Cy: Yn sydyn, clywodd Rhys a Megan sŵn anferth.
En: Suddenly, Rhys and Megan heard a tremendous noise.

Cy: Sŵn traed llu o ddefaid yn rhedeg yn wyllt!
En: The sound of a flock of sheep running wild!

Cy: Roedd hi'n ddrwm ar y ddaear, fel taranau pell.
En: It was heavy on the ground, like distant thunder.

Cy: Rhys edrychodd i fyny a gwelodd y praidd, gan brysur bacio'r basged.
En: Rhys looked up and saw the flock, quickly grabbing the basket.

Cy: "Megan!
En: "Megan!

Cy: Rhaid inni redeg!
En: We have to run!"

Cy: " ebe Rhys mewn pryder.
En: said Rhys in concern.

Cy: Nid oedd amser i sbïo.
En: There was no time to hesitate.

Cy: Megan neidiodd i fyny a rhuthrodd y ddau i lygedyn o goed, eu calonnau'n kuro yn arw.
En: Megan jumped up and both rushed to a clump of trees, their hearts pounding.

Cy: Gwylio wnaethon nhw wrth i'r defaid basio'n gyflym iawn, eu blew yn hedfan yn yr awel a'u mefus yn taro'r pridd.
En: They watched as the sheep dashed very quickly, their wool flying in the wind and their hooves pounding the ground.

Cy: Cael eu dilyn gan y bugail, a'r ci, yn ceisio eu harwain i le diogel.
En: They were followed by the shepherd and the dog, trying to lead them to safety.

Cy: Ond doedd dim mymryn o sylw gan yr anifeiliaid panig ar gyfer Rhys a Megan yn eu cuddfan.
En: But the panicked animals paid no attention to the hidden Rhys and Megan.

Cy: Wedi'r ddêt, daeth distawrwydd.
En: After a while, silence came.

Cy: Rhys a Megan edrychodd allan a gweld na fyddai mwy o berygl.
En: Rhys and Megan looked out to see no more danger.

Cy: Roedd y picnic wedi mynd - y ffrwythau wedi'u dyrnu, y blanced wedi'i gwasgaru.
En: The picnic was over - the fruits were eaten, the blanket spread.

Cy: Ond roeddent nhw'n ddiogel, ac roedd hynny'n fwy pwysig na phicnic.
En: But they were safe, and that was more important than a picnic.

Cy: Gwenodd Megan at Rhys a dweud, "Beth am gael picnic go iawn mewn bwyty nawr?
En: Megan smiled at Rhys and said, "How about having a real picnic in a restaurant now?"

Cy: " Roedd Rhys yn chwerthin, cynnal ei llaw, ac maen nhw'n cerdded i'r pentref, yn hapus bod y dorf bwrlwm wedi mynd a bod prynhawn mor ryfedd wedi dod â nhw'n nes at ei gilydd.
En: Rhys laughed, held her hand, and they walked to the village, happy that the bustling crowd had gone and that such a strange afternoon had brought them closer together.

Cy: Efallai bod y day i fod yn llonydd ar y dechrau, ond mewn gwirionedd, roedd yn antur y bydden nhw byth yn anghofio.
En: Perhaps the day was quiet at the beginning, but in truth, it was an adventure they would never forget.
