In today's podcast, I share a very beautiful and special episode with you. This is an interview with Bex, my client, about her inspiring success story. Bex and I have been working together for the past four months. Before Bex joined my program, she felt pretty miserable.
She had been doing bodybuilding for about three years and, before that, she did IronMaori (a very challenging triathlon here in New Zealand). She's always been someone who sets goals for herself and achieves them, but the problem was that she was doing show after show for three years, which really started to affect her not just mentally and physically, but it also took a toll on her relationships. She felt like a prisoner to this sport and developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and the gym.
Four months later, she now feels like "a human again," and she makes this very clear in this episode. She shares exactly how she felt before and how she feels now. Her journey is one to admire, and I am so happy to be sharing this with you all.
